Hustings – Meet the people you are voting for
Mencap are organising hustings in Leominster and Hereford. Rose from Mencap can confirm that the Hereford hustings will definitely take place, 3 of the candidates have confirmed attendance. Here are the details:
Tuesday 3 December: The Life & Soul Kitchen, Unit 1, Three Elms Trading Estate, Hereford, HR4 9PU. 4.30 – 6pm, light refreshments available. The candidates attending will be Anna-Maria Coda (Labour), Lucy Hurds (Lib Dem) and Diana Toynbee (Green Party). I am awaiting confirmation from Jess Norman’s team.
The Leominster hustings is on Wednesday 4 December, 4.30 – 6pm, Leominster Community Centre, School Road, Leominster, HR6 8NJ. So far Ellie Chowns (Green Party) has confirmed attendance.
If anyone can’t come to either event and they have a question, we can ask the candidates for them and we will get back with their answers.
This is a great opportunity to meet the candidates.
