On the 11th January the Our News Our Views team took on their bike miles challenge in the Spin Room of the Point 4 in Hereford.
We were aiming to cycle a total of 100 miles between the team. We weren’t sure how long this would take but the good news is we cycled 102 miles in an hour and a half!
Everybody did really well but there were some wobbly knees and sore bottoms the next morning!
We would really like to thank the Point 4 for providing the equipment.
